Your complaint will be handled confidentially. You have not to submit your name. Your identity will be only disclosed to the Board member designated for complaints. If you elect to submit your complaint by email, inevitably your email address will be visible. You can also submit your complaint by postal letter, addressed to Mr. David Wortham, confidential.
